•Dot Plug Welding

After adding the dot plug welding, the force points of the rope head wedge sleeve and the tie rod are changed from 2 to 3, which increases the safety factor

After adding the spot plug welding, the symmetry of the tie rod and the wedge sleeve can be ensured, and the installation straightness of the wire rope can be better matched;

Three stress points, no matter what direction loads are encountered, the fatigue resistance of each point can be effectively improved;

The macroscopic corrosion of the section is obviously observed, and the three welds are all in an effective fusion state.

•Flat groove

① Plane groove welding avoids the stress concentration area after bending, and reduces the influence of bending stress on the performance of the product;

② Plane groove welding is easier to weld and ensures higher welding quality;

③Using the characteristics of the plane structure, the welding seam is lengthened, the welding seam tension in a unit area is reduced, and the bearing strength of the welding seam is improved;

The rope head combination has obtained the Canadian CWB welding system certification, and the welding managers and welders are all implemented in accordance with the welding system

The quality control process is completely controlled in accordance with the CWB welding quality management system of Canada Southern University to ensure zero defects in welding quality
