Pressure Guide
Meet the friction performance requirements of the new national standard "GB7588-2020" for the pressure guide plate
A pressure guide plate designed according to the new national standard
In order to meet the GB/T7588.1-2020 new national standard building settlement requirements, we independently developed six elastic pressure guide plates (T70, T75-3, T89-1, T89, T127-1, T127-2).
Regulation:
5.7.1 Guidance of car, counterweight and counterweight
5.7.1.1 At least two rows of rigid steel guide rails shall be used for each of the car and the balance in the queue.
5.7.1.2 The guide rail shall be supported by cold-drawn steel, or the friction surface shall be produced by machining
5.7.1.3 For counterweight and counterweight guide rails without safety gears, formed metal sheets may be used, and corresponding anti-corrosion measures should be taken
5.7.1.4 The fixation of the guide rail and the guide rail bracket on the building shall be able to be adjusted automatically and by a simple method, and compensation shall be given to the influence of the normal settlement of the building and the shrinkage of the concrete
The looseness of the guide rail caused by the rotation of the guide rail accessories should be prevented
Features:
bump design reduce friction
Square hole design Easier to install
Continuous Die Stamping Efficiency is guaranteed
Test verification:
Metallographic analysis: Check the internal structure of the platen through a metallographic microscope to determine the mechanical properties of the platen;
Salt spray test: simulate the corrosion resistance of the pressure guide plate in the wet shaft. After 96 hours of test, there is no red rust on the surface of the pressure plate;
Magnetic particle inspection: check whether there will be cracks inside the material after blanking, punching, bending and fatigue tests of the plate;
FF3 test: control the up and down movement of the guide rail to determine the friction force between the guide rail and the pressure plate;
FF2 test: Press down and up the punch to observe whether the pressure guide plate can return to its original position, which meets the settlement requirements of the new national standard.
